New Delhi Patna A three-time party MP from West Champaran Lok Sabha constituency in Bihar, Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal has been appointed as new Bihar BJP chief by Amit Shah. Dr. Jaiswal, a doctor by profession, replaces Nityanand Rai who earlier was appointed Minister of State for Home Affairs in the Union Cabinet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s second term.
